Where are Wags'n'Whiskers products produced?

All of our products are produced by hand. Naturally, we want to be providing you with the best products we possibly can, whether it be our main recipes or our selection of healthy treats. This is why we, and the manufacturers we work with, ensure the highest levels of food safety when producing your dogs dinner and treats.

Where do ingredients come from?

The vast majority of Wags 'n' Whiskers products, from our main recipes to healthy treats, are produced here in the UK; with a handful of exceptions within the treat range that are produced by approved sources within the EU. Where possible, our recipes also contain a significant proportion of ingredients sourced from the UK, particularly the meat content. However, as I'm sure you can appreciate. some ingredients do need to be sourced from further afield. For example, there aren't many paddy fields or sweet potato farmers within the UK. All ingredients are ethically sourced with full traceability.

How do we produce
our products?

Many of our treats are not only packaged by hand, but also produced by hand. For example, our sausage bites, Fish bites and other training treats are cut, folded and dehydrated by hand. All our products are sampled and tested before meeting the production line. Finished products are then further analysed to ensure they meet our high standards. In fact, Wags 'n' Whiskers kibble manufacturers are the only manufacturers that uses a 'positive release' system for salmonella testing. This means that no product leave the site until they have been confirmed as being negative for salmonella.

What are the ingredients ?

The Flavour is the ingredient. Simple, natural, clean and healthy. Our meat content is sourced within the UK and holds a premium quality. Unlike Highstreet brands, we pride ourselves on the standards we hold. We use zero fillers, additives or artificial flavourings. A lot of our blends have sweet potato, This super food is rich in dietary fiber, vitamins (like A, B6, and C), and minerals like iron, calcium, and selenium. They also provide beta-carotene, which is beneficial for your dog's vision, growth, and muscle strength
